Rapper Nelly Lists Abandoned St. Louis Mansion At $600K

Nelly, born Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., has listed his long-vacant Wildwood, Missouri mansion for a mere $600,000. Purchased in 2002, the rapper had plans to renovate and profit from the property. Despite partnering with a contractor friend, the intended refurbishments never came to fruition.

The house, previously valued at $2,499,000 before Nelly’s acquisition, stands as a financial weight for the 46-year-old. Located 30 miles from St. Louis, near the Hidden Valley Ski Resort, the property boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and 10,799 square feet of living space on 12 acres.

It features a Tuscan design with high ceilings, multiple balconies, and views of the Meramec River valley. Potential buyers will face significant restoration due to years of neglect, but the estate’s history and potential make it a unique investment opportunity….
