Another collaboration during the ceremony paired Carlile and Raitt on “Love Me Like a Man,” Raitt’s signature blues cover. That performance was named in the set list published for television, but “Angel From Montgomery” was absent from the listing. Austin City Limits instead presented the Prine song as a special online bonus from the ceremony.

Running five minutes, the concert clip was posted to the Austin City Limits YouTube channel on September 11. PBS broadcast Episode 5202 the next day, September 12. A viewer responding to the video congratulated Carlile on officially joining the Austin City family, praised the duet and thanked Prine for what he had left behind.

The taping represented Carlile’s fourth appearance as a headliner on the program, after sessions in 2010, 2018 and 2022. Raitt had joined the Austin City Limits Hall of Fame in 2016, while Prine was honored in an earlier induction ceremony. Across different eras of the series, each of the three musicians has appeared on it multiple times.
