Leave A Glass Of Salt Water And Vinegar To Detect Negative Energies In Your Home

Many people find it hard to believe that energy from others can be stored in physical spaces, or that the vibes we talk about are real. However, energy is a very real phenomenon.

As humans, we are constantly absorbing and emitting energy, even while we sleep. It’s natural that the energy we release affects our immediate surroundings. This is why people sometimes say a room has a bad vibe, or a space feels particularly cheerful.

Every physical space carries an energy imprint, left by both past owners and current users. For example, if someone spends 8-10 hours a day grumbling in their cubicle, that space may accumulate negative energy. When that person leaves and someone new takes over the space, that leftover energy can affect the new occupant as well.

While the workplace is important, it’s also vital to pay attention to your home. Homes, like offices, can store up a lot of negative energy. It could be from a family that lived there 20-30 years ago, or from more recent events, like a difficult period in your life, a rough patch in your marriage, or stress from work.

Just because we can’t see energy doesn’t mean it isn’t present. After all, we don’t see kinetic or potential energy, yet we know they exist based on their effects. Similarly, human emotions impact the energy around us, even if we can’t physically see it.

Sometimes, you may enter a room and suddenly feel happy and uplifted. This likely means the room is filled with positive energy. Conversely, you might walk into a perfectly clean and well-arranged space but still feel uneasy. This is a sign of lingering negative energy.

Just as people can have negative or positive vibes, so can homes. Every action, whether it’s a minor argument, a major conflict, or a joyful gathering, leaves a lasting energy imprint on your home. This is why it’s important to be mindful of how we act, whether it’s lashing out at loved ones or being harsh with ourselves. The energy of those moments lingers and can resonate in the future.

Fortunately, it is possible to cleanse your space of negative energy. You can start small, one room at a time, with a simple cleansing process that can help neutralize the negative energy in your home.

To begin, you will need white vinegar, salt, and filtered water. These ingredients can create an energy trap that helps absorb some of the negative energy in a room.

Take a clean, clear glass and add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar. Next, add 2 teaspoons of granulated salt. Finally, pour in 16 ounces of filtered water and stir everything together for about 60 seconds.

Place this glass in the area of your home where you feel negative energy and leave it there for 24 hours. You’ll notice that the salt, which was initially floating, will settle at the bottom. This means it has absorbed the negative energy from the room. You can repeat this process in other areas of your house as needed.

Feel free to share your experience and thoughts about this process. We’d love to hear from you!
