Paris Hilton lashes out at mean online comments about son’s head: “He just has a large brain”

While fame and notoriety can bring endless fun—think lavish wealth, glamorous red carpet events, and rubbing shoulders with society’s elite—life in the public eye also comes with intense scrutiny and judgment.

This is something Paris Hilton knows all too well, having spent most of her life under the spotlight. However, things took an especially harsh turn recently when her infant son became the target of internet trolls.

The reality TV star turned businesswoman found herself defending her 9-month-old son, Phoenix Barron, against negative remarks that surfaced on social media about his head size. Paris, known for her unwavering confidence, wasted no time in standing up for her firstborn.

Paris and her husband, Carter Reum, welcomed Phoenix into their lives earlier this year with the help of a surrogate. It was a significant milestone for the couple, as it marked their first child together, though Carter has a daughter, Evie, from a previous relationship. The new parents have embraced the joys and challenges of raising a child, pouring their love and devotion into every moment.

Recently, the young family took a trip to New York, and Paris posted a photo of herself holding Phoenix. The photo quickly attracted hurtful comments about Phoenix’s appearance, particularly about the size of his head. Remarks such as “Man got a lot of thoughts up there” and “I heard this baby was created in a lab, and she didn’t carry it” appeared in the comments section, with many others adding their own cruel takes.

Paris responded swiftly and fiercely to the unwarranted criticism, sharing her frustration in a heartfelt post: “There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course, he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain.”

Paris also expressed her gratitude for her supportive family: “[My parents] are just so obsessed with him. I’m always calling my mom and my sister [Nicky Hilton] for advice, and I’m really lucky that I’m so close with my family, so I have such a big support group.”

This incident is a stark reminder that even celebrities are not immune to online cruelty and hate. Children should always be off-limits when it comes to negativity, and Paris’ response to the trolls highlights her deep and unwavering love for her son, as well as her commitment to protecting him.
