Queen City News, Gastonia, North Carolina — Gastonia Police said Tuesday afternoon that they are conducting an investigation into the tragic shooting death of a 16-year-old girl on Christmas Eve.
Around 11 a.m., officers received calls about the incident near 800 Barkley Street. When she was discovered with gunshot wounds, a 16-year-old girl was declared dead.
A 15-year-old girl was airlifted to a hospital after being shot inside a house in North Carolina.
No one has been arrested yet, according to police on Thursday.
