Jocelyn Wildenstein’s new face – here’s what we know

Jocelyn Wildenstein, a Swiss billionaire socialite, has been criticized for her extreme transformation during Paris Fashion Week. Despite the rumors and speculation surrounding her appearance, Wildenstein has denied undergoing any plastic surgery.

She claims her distinctive looks are due to her Swiss heritage and fear of the potential results and risks involved with such procedures. However, recent photos from Paris have left many unconvinced by the couple’s statements about her alleged lack of cosmetic surgery.

The controversy began when Wildenstein appeared at Paris Fashion Week in late September/October this year, dressed in a daring mesh top paired with figure-hugging, leather-look leggings.

Her long-time boyfriend, Lloyd David Klein, also attended several fashion shows alongside Wildenstein. Klein explained that he couldn’t understand why Jocelyn had been dubbed “The Catwoman” and that he had pictures from 16 years old where she looked exactly the same as today.

The conversation around Wildenstein’s appearance gained momentum when Oli London, a British internet personality known for undergoing multiple cosmetic surgeries to resemble BTS member Jimin, posted a video featuring Wildenstein on X.

The reactions to the video were intense, with some commenting on the doctors who did the surgery, while others added that her face looks like it’s just about to explode.

While some believe that Wildenstein’s drastic surgeries are a response to personal struggles, particularly the emotional toll of her divorce from her ex-husband, the late French billionaire Alec Wildenstein, she later revisited her stance on the role of her marriage in her extensive plastic surgeries.

She received an extraordinary $2.5 billion settlement following her divorce and was awarded $100 million annually for the following 13 years. However, last year, Alec’s former family severed ties with her, cutting off the $100 million annual payment from her divorce settlement, leaving her facing financial difficulties.
