Lainey Wilson Channels Her Inner Rock Star, Then Jelly Roll Joins In, and the Crowd Goes WILD!

“Livin’ on a Prayer,” which was included on the Slippery When Wet album in 1986, became one of Bon Jovi’s signature songs. The song became one of the greatest singles of all time after selling over 13 million copies since its release. The song, which was written by Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora, and Desmond Child, became the group’s first No. 1 hit on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart.

Wilson seemed to enjoy the song when it began to play, despite being aware of its legacy. Wilson worked the crowd, getting many of them to join her in performing the song, as captured by Cindy Watts of American Songwriter. The Decades Party resembled a massive karaoke session, with Wilson beaming and the audience singing along.

Later on in the evening, Wilson linked with her good friend and country superstar Jelly Roll, along with Alexandra Kay, to cover Garth Brooks’ “Friends In Low Places.”

Lainey Wilson is prepared to become “bored.”

Wilson didn’t waste any time in releasing songs and touring the country after she established herself in the country music scene. The singer acknowledged that she loved every minute and that Miranda Lambert gave her some wise counsel. “It’s crucial that I go out there and catch the horses, throw the hay, and scoop the poop,” she said. These are the things that serve as a reminder of what matters most.

The singer acknowledged that she needed to get “Bored” and agreed that she wanted Wilson to pace herself. Wilson, however, is constantly searching for the next big thing. In actuality, I can always struggle for originality. I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with amazing authors who have taught me how to imagine myself in the roles we’re writing.

Wilson released hit songs like “Wildflowers and Wild Horses” and “Heart Like A Truck” after absorbing the knowledge of some of the top country music artists and learning the craft of songwriting.
