Tattoed woman who keeps her nose in a jar reveals what she looked like before – you better sit down

Social media users are in disbelief after a woman shared her dramatic transformation—one that took just four years to unfold but looks like a lifetime of change.

Known online as Toxii, she proudly identifies as a body modification enthusiast. Today, her upper body is almost completely blacked out in ink, but that’s only the surface of her metamorphosis. She’s also had her nose removed, tattooed her eyes and tongue, split her tongue in two, and inserted horn-like implants into her forehead.

And yes—she’s kept her removed body parts in small jars.

In a recent post that quickly went viral, Toxii shared a striking before-and-after comparison. Her 2019 self looked like a completely different person: long blonde hair, glam makeup, and not a single visible tattoo. Fast forward to now, and she’s covered in ink, wearing jet-black hair, and confidently showing off her modified appearance in minimal outfits that highlight her evolving identity.

When asked about her motivation for such extreme changes, she explained it simply:

“Because I like to be imperfect, and I think that imperfections make you unique.”

Her Instagram account, which boasts nearly 160,000 followers, has become a platform for unapologetic self-expression. In a recent interview with street artist Devon Rodriguez, she opened up about some of the more intense parts of her journey.

Referring to the horn implants in her forehead, Rodriguez asked, “Did those hurt?”

“No, not at all,” she replied. “I think that my nose removal was way worse.”

According to Toxii, it took about eight weeks to heal from the nose removal. When Rodriguez asked the question many were wondering—“Did you keep the nose?”—she casually confirmed,

“I have all my body parts, in like little jars, yeah.”

As her transformation continues to gain attention, so do the reactions. While some admire her boldness and confidence, others have been more critical—or outright confused.

“You were so beautiful before,”

one person commented.

“What on Earth made you do this to yourself?”

asked another.
Some users took a darker tone, speculating about deeper psychological or even supernatural forces at play. One person suggested,

“She’s possessed and has a deep strong poltergeist possessing her.”

Another claimed,

“There is no other need for this much body modification and Satanic rituals without attachment of the Unknown.”

Others questioned the speed of her transformation, calling it impulsive.

“These decisions are best made over a longer period… This quick impulsiveness breeds discontent and regret,”

one user noted.

Yet through all the opinions, praise, backlash, and speculation, Toxii remains firm in her choice to embody something radically different. She isn’t asking for permission, approval, or understanding—only the freedom to exist exactly as she chooses.

Love it or not, her transformation is forcing conversations around identity, body autonomy, and the evolving nature of self-expression in a digital age. Whether seen as a brave rebellion or a troubling trend, one thing is certain—Toxii has made herself unforgettable.

So what do you think? Is this a bold celebration of personal freedom, or does it point to something deeper in our culture’s obsession with image?
