The Powerwall stores excess solar energy, which can then be used to power the car. While the Powerwall itself comes with a hefty price tag, it significantly reduces electricity costs over time by making use of solar energy.

Although the initial investment in a Powerwall ranges from $11,500 (£9,000) to $15,000 (£11,800), the long-term savings can make it a smart financial decision for Tesla owners looking to reduce their energy expenses.
