Many well-known pages shared a video from Ivanka Trump’s Instagram story, and the majority of commenters complimented her toned appearance—especially given that she is a mother of three! Ivanka, the eldest daughter of former US President Donald Trump, also showed off her youthful and well-maintained appearance without wearing any makeup.

Ivanka Trump’s personal trainer, Sandy Brockman, disclosed the well-known blonde’s rigorous exercise regimen a few months ago. Ivanka does strength training and weightlifting four days a week, with occasional yoga sessions thrown in. She also walks every day, eats a balanced diet that emphasizes protein, and occasionally rides a horse.

Another significant morning routine that Ivanka has shared is that she begins her day with a large glass of water mixed with freshly squeezed lemon juice.

“I get up at 5:30 a.m. to work out or meditate. In order to devote my mornings entirely to my children, I prefer to be completely ready for the day before they wake up. One of the most significant things I do each day is meditate. Ivanka disclosed that she meditates twice a day for 20 minutes each time.
