Woman Unknowingly Films Her Final Moments Before Falling To Death On Night Out

On a night out, a young woman unintentionally captured her last moments on camera.

On September 27, 2024, Arina Glazunova, a Russian national from Moscow, was in Tbilisi, Georgia, when the tragic event took place.

The 24-year-old is seen singing along to the Russian boyband Hunger Boys’ song “For The Last Time” in the video.

“No, I’m not waiting for you, but know that I loved for the last time, for the last time,” is one of the lines she sang.

Originally meant to depict a playful moment among friends, the video ended up capturing Arina’s last moments.

People have paid tribute to Arina on social media since her untimely and tragic death.

“I’m so sorry for the young woman,” one online mourner wrote. She shouldn’t have passed away.

“Rest in peace, Arina,” said another, and “I feel so sorry for her, her friend, and the people who valued her,” said a third.

In remembrance of a young life lost far too soon, flowers and other tributes were placed at the location.

As the camera shifted back to her friend, who watched in horror as Arina vanished headfirst over the edge of a wall and into an underground passage, the 24-year-old continued to sing in the video that documented her last moments, according to MailOnline.

The recording ends, but you can hear the woman’s screams for a brief moment.

Arina suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital right away. She tragically passed away from a broken neck and head injuries.

Images and videos of the underpass in Republic Square, Tbilisi, where Arina fell have gone viral online since the tragedy, prompting questions about the area’s safety.

There is an English-language sign at the location that says, “A tragedy happened here on September 27 at 2:30 a.m.

While walking with a friend and filming a video, Arina Glazunova stepped over the parapet, broke, and fell. At 9:15, Arina passed away in the hospital.

“The underground parapet’s height of 30 centimeters is against building codes. We urge the city to fix this mistake so that nobody else is harmed. Please make the public aware of this incident.

“Please tell your friends about this, but use caution!”

“Anyone could fall over that wall,” said Dato Akobia, a local, warning of the danger of the wall Arina fell from.

According to the Georgia news outlet Radio Liberty Georgia, the incident is being investigated.

According to Tbilisi’s City Hall, the Soviet-era underpass was built in accordance with the building codes of the time.

Kakhi Kaladze, the mayor of the city, claims that the underground passages in the Georgian capital adhere to contemporary building codes.
