Arizona’s KOLD-TV laments the sudden death of Ana Orsini, a 28-year-old anchor who passed away last week due to a brain aneurysm. Well-known for her compassion, sense of humor, and passion for animal rescue,
Viewers and Ana’s coworkers have been profoundly affected by her untimely death. Before joining KOLD-TV in June 2023, Ana, a Denver native and Texas A&M alumnus, started her career in Lubbock, Texas, and then in Oregon.
Heartfelt tributes were shared by her coworkers, including anchors Tyler Butler and Carsyn Currier, who recalled her generosity, humor, and commitment to family and community. Ana was well-known for her love of true crime podcasts and her rescue dog, Harley.
Colleagues promise to uphold her legacy of compassion and vivacious spirit in the wake of her passing, which leaves a void in the newsroom and beyond. I hope she finds peace.
