Carol Vorderman flaunts her toned abs and buxom bottom

TV personality Carol Vorderman, who puts a lot of effort into keeping up her amazing figure, posted pictures of her hourglass figure with her cheeky bottom hugged by her skintight exercise attire.

Admiring followers who refer to her as “Supervorders” are praising the Welsh broadcaster, who regularly shares videos of her exhausting workouts on Instagram.

When not on television, exercising, piloting, or posing for pictures with Tom Cruise, Vorderman is with one of her five “special friends.”

The 62-year-old Carol Vorderman recently celebrated her 40th year on television. She has made over 10,000 appearances in shows like ITV’s This Morning, Lorraine, The Great Celebrity Bake Off, and the British gameshow Countdown.

The gorgeous blonde has intelligence in addition to beauty.

The mother of two obtained her private pilot’s license in 2014, and the following year, she joined NASA as a board member of the Challenger Center for Space Science Education, where she promoted children’s interest in space science.

The former host of Have I Got News for You maintains her killer body by working consistently at the gym when she’s not on TV impressing her viewers.

“We weren’t raised to exercise, women in our 60s… I believe that you need to squat, stretch, and do weight-bearing exercises as you age. In an interview with HELLO, Vorderman revealed, “You start creaking if you don’t, even for a couple of weeks!”

“Like other women in my position, you have to pay more attention to your appearance than you would like to because I work in a visual world.”

She recently posted some pictures from inside the gym, showcasing her curves in a skimpy outfit consisting of figure-hugging leggings and a grey crop top.

“Five gym sessions this week,” Vorderman wrote as the caption for the photo. It feels great to resume the routine. To be honest, I’m happy when I’m eating healthily, drinking a lot of water, walking a lot, and taking in the fresh air.

The photos featured a sweaty Vorderman showing off her swollen booty while performing cable rope curls and lifting weights.

Supporters jumped right in and praised the woman’s looks. “Youth fountain! One writes, “So young looking,” while another merely writes, “Supervorders.”

When O’Leary made the aptly timed joke about Vorderman’s “ten-year-long no strings-attached relationships with multiple men, who she calls her’special friends,'” his co-host Alison Hammond couldn’t help but laugh.

A woman who admitted to dating three men called in to ask for advice on “a bit of a love square” after being invited to call in and talk with Hagan Fox, an astrologer who makes predictions about the future based on the stars.

Hammond chuckled and inquired, “Did you say love square?”

“You wouldn’t be Carol Vorderman, would you?” Dermot jumped in.

The former host of Loose Women, Vorderman, is very open about her personal life. In a previous interview, she stated that her relationships with several men are a great setup because she doesn’t want to fall in love.

After divorcing journalist Des Kelly in 2007, Vorderman, who was married to Christopher Mather from 1985 to 1986 and then to Patrick King, the father of her two children, from 1990 to 2000, said she enjoys the freedom and independence that comes with being single.

“I’m not really interested in getting married again. I really don’t want to live with a man once more. You have to take care of him constantly. However, now is the time to break the ridiculous taboo that says a person should only look for one other person who fulfills all of their needs. That is hell.

Vorderman clarified that her lovers are all unmarried men who are still seeking others, and that “no harm is being done,” adding that she is not a jealous person. It is a joyful place to call home.

Despite not knowing one another, they are aware of it. Regarding the five men she refers to as her “special friends,” she said, “It’s a very honest relationship.” “One has known the other for seven years, and the other for eleven.” Most of them are known to my children, Cameron, 25, and Katie, 31.

She also shared a cute video of herself lip-syncing and dancing to the song “It’s Raining Men,” which further supports her feelings of being single.

Fans praised her amazing dancing skills, leaving comments like “The Vord has defeated the Borg” and “Carol, that is absolutely brilliant it’s raining men brilliant dance moves.” Resistance is pointless. “Bloody gorgeous woman,” writes another internet user.

Carol Vorderman’s exercise routine is obviously very disciplined, and we admire her for remaining loyal to her relationships and self!
