According to her family, Norma, the 91-year-old internet sensation who won people over with her endearing and humorous videos featuring her granddaughter Jess, has tragically passed away.

The Nottinghamshire-based pair gained a sizable online following thanks to their unstoppable charm and strong relationship, gaining over 2.6 million TikTok fans and almost 800,000 Instagram followers. Numerous lives were made happier by their lighthearted and unconditionally loving content. The two were getting ready to publish their eagerly awaited book, “A Lifetime of Laughter and Our Unbreakable Bond,” which will honor their unique bond and the times that made them beloved by millions of people, next month.

But on June 9, Jess posted the devastating news on their shared social media accounts: Norma died quietly on June 5 in the company of her loved ones.

The family’s tribute started with the words, “June 5, 2025 — the day our world changed forever.” “We lost our rock, our entire world, and our lovely, priceless, ideal woman.”
