For almost twenty years, Meghan McCain and Ben Domenech have remained together.

Although their exact dates of meeting are unknown, the couple started dating in 2014 and became engaged in July 2017.

McCain stated on The View at the time, “We have been engaged for a while and we have been together for years.” It was kept a secret. I hoped that no one would find out that I was married, but occasionally people do talk. I’m really happy and I adore him.
