That same year, he appeared as young Marlon Jackson in the award-winning mini-series The Jacksons: An American Dream, which chronicled the rise of the legendary Jackson family.
He continued his acting career into the early 2000s, appearing in the WB teen drama Young Americans — one of his final on-screen roles.

Outside of acting, Myers was known for his heart and dedication to others. He co-founded The Fellaship Men’s Group, a community organization devoted to helping men “lead, heal, and thrive.”
