The 34-year-old Frenchman, dubbed “Black Alien,” has undergone extensive alterations, including ear cropping, tongue splitting, subdermal implants on his forehead, and facial blackening.

Loffredo’s transformation is truly out of this world, garnering significant attention online. Despite the shock factor, his journey into extreme body modification reflects a deeper fascination with the human form and its malleability.

From a young age, Loffredo was drawn to the concept of sculpting the body, initially through bodybuilding. Over time, this interest evolved into a passion for radical transformation.
