Reba McEntire Adress The Claims About Her Calling Taylor Swift An ‘Entitled Little Brat’

The national anthem was sung by Reba McEntire at Super Bowl LVIII on February 11, 2024. Singing that song on a national stage is not easy.

Tiffany Swift went to the big game to support her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, who plays tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs.

One Facebook news site says that the Queen of Country didn’t like how Taylor behaved during her show.

It was said on the America Loves Liberty Facebook page that Reba called Taylor a “entitled little brat.” Also, the spelling of Reba’s last name is wrong, which makes it hard to take seriously.

Rebel took to Instagram on March 16, 2024, to make things right. She liked Taylor as a person and as an artist and has never said anything bad about her.

The report says Reba said Taylor was “laughing and drinking” during the national anthem, which made “a mockery of the event.” The story goes on to say that Reba would not put up with this behavior. “I let [Taylor] have it afterward. She’s an entitled little brat,” Reba is said to have said in the story.

Reba completely disputes this claim. “Please don’t believe everything you see on the Internet. I did not say this. Taylor is a wonderful artist, strong role model and has done so much good for so many people and the music industry,” she captioned a screenshot of the false narrative.

In the comments, Reba’s friends stood by her. One Instagram user pointed out: “Anyone who: 1 – watched the game. Knows this isn’t true because they showed [Taylor] during the performance and she was standing and respectfully holding her hand over her heart. 2. Reba wouldn’t be that unnecessarily confrontational and rude.”

Reba has always said nice things about Taylor. If you watched NBC News’ TikTok in December 2023, Reba went on and on about Taylor.

Her words showed that she always thought Taylor would become a big star. Reba said, “[Taylor] walked down the steps looking right at Tim McGraw singing, and I’m like, ‘This girl’s gonna be a huge star. Number one: to walk, sing, walk downstairs at your icon that you’re really wanting to sing to and impress without a flaw. I mean, I was impressed.”
