She founded “The Healthy Route,” a company focused on promoting health-conscious catering services and providing wellness advice. Through her business and online presence, she shared her story and encouraged others to prioritize their health. Her work garnered over 245,000 followers on Instagram, where she became a source of inspiration for many.

Juanita Lira Eguiguren’s legacy is one of hope, strength, and perseverance. Although her life was cut short, her impact on the health and wellness community will continue to inspire others.
