Channing Tatum, 44, and Zoe Kravitz, 35, Break Up and Call Off Engagement After Three Years Together — Users Express Mixed Reactions

After three years together, Channing Tatum, 44, and Zoë Kravitz, 35, have ended their engagement, news confirmed by sources and sparking a wave of mixed reactions among fans.

From surprise and heartbreak to debates on the couple’s compatibility, fans shared varied opinions. Some were skeptical from the start, with comments like, “They always looked like they were forcing the relationship. Both beautiful people, just not together.” Others attributed the split to the challenges of Hollywood relationships and the couple’s 9-year age difference.

For some, however, the news was deeply disappointing, especially for those touched by the couple’s recent chemistry on screen in Blink Twice. “I didn’t understand this relationship, but after seeing them together in Blink Twice, the love was like no other,” one fan reflected.

Speculation about their split surfaced when Kravitz was recently seen without her engagement ring during a public outing with her Big Little Lies co-star Shailene Woodley.

Tatum and Kravitz were last seen together earlier in October attending a play by Tatum’s Blink Twice co-star, Levon Hawke, in New York City. The couple had often shared their strong creative connection. Kravitz, in August, called “art” their “love language,” and Tatum had described the experience of working together as one he’d recommend to any serious couple, considering it a “test of connection.”

He expressed his admiration on social media, posting a candid photo of Kravitz from Blink Twice with the caption, “Thank you for finding me and seeing me. I got you forever. Me and you back to back against it all.”

The two met while working on Kravitz’s directorial project, Pussy Island. Tatum often praised her talent, while Kravitz admired Tatum’s humor and depth, and their bond quickly attracted public attention.

Family support came from Kravitz’s father, musician Lenny Kravitz, who described Tatum as a “really great guy” and welcomed him into their family. The relationship had seemed solid with everyone’s blessings, and many fans even anticipated a wedding.

Although fans are saddened by the news, many wish them well in the future. One pragmatic fan commented, “Better that it happened now rather than after marriage. Wishing them both all the best.”

Both Tatum and Kravitz are set to co-star in Alpha Gang, an upcoming comedy about an alien invasion featuring Cate Blanchett. While the romance may have ended, the journey they shared clearly left a lasting impact on their lives and the hearts of their fans.
