Fox News’ Sean Hannity buys Palm Beach townhome near Trump’s Mar-a-Lago

Sean Hannity, a conservative television host, recently spent $14.9 million on a Palm Beach townhouse, increasing his real estate holdings.

This is his second recorded property in the area, and it is situated on Palm Beach’s South End, right next to another townhouse he has owned since 2021. The Palm Beach County Clerk’s office formally recorded the off-market sale on January 27.

Within the house

The 12,000-square-foot house, which was first constructed in 1990, has eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms and is situated on almost two acres. The property has a balcony, a dock with a new seawall, a pool, and a roof-level observation terrace with picturesque views—all typical of a Florida estate.

The interior of the house is luxurious and comfortable, with a wine room, bar, elevator, and fireplace. According to The Wall Street Journal, the property was first listed for $29 million in February and then relisted for $25.95 million in October.

Pictures of the house show large windows, a large kitchen with a dining area and lots of storage, and breathtaking views of the water from the living room, dining room, and home office, among other rooms.

Even though the house is well-maintained, some affluent purchasers might still view it as a teardown for redevelopment, according to local real estate experts.

Hannity is an astute businessperson.

Hannity made a significant real estate move earlier this year when he listed his Centre Island Long Island estate for $13.75 million. In June, the nearly six-acre property sold quickly to a conservative media personality’s fan for $12.7 million in cash.

According to records, he purchased an ocean-to-lake property at 1840 S. Ocean Blvd. for $23.5 million in a transaction completed just before Thanksgiving.

The Wall Street Journal was the first to report his involvement in the Manalapan purchase.

Hannity is still investing in Palm Beach County’s upscale waterfront real estate, which is only a few miles from former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club, as evidenced by these recent high-profile deals.

Public records show that former U.S. Ambassador Clifford M. Sobel and his wife, Barbara, sold the townhouse at 10 Sloan’s Curve Drive to Sean Hannity.
