When Steve Harvey’s talk show “Steve” was discontinued by NBC, despite its success and good ratings, he faced a significant professional setback. Instead of letting this defeat him, Harvey turned to his faith, famously stating, “The God I serve didn’t bring me this far to leave me.” His response to the show’s cancellation was a powerful message about resilience and trust in a divine plan.

Harvey’s belief that when one door closes, another opens, was evident in a video he shared on Instagram, which resonated with many. He emphasized that every event in life, including the end of his show, is part of a larger path meant for personal growth.

This outlook reflects a broader sentiment that hardships in life shouldn’t erode one’s faith but should strengthen it, with the understanding that lost dreams pave the way for new beginnings.
