Jennifer Lopez wears revealing dress that took 800 hours to make

This was the case for Jennifer Lopez at this year’s Met Gala. The event’s theme was “Garden of Time,” and Lopez, who has been making headlines recently due to speculation about her marriage to Ben Affleck, went all out for the occasion.

According to reports, Lopez’s stunning sheer, mermaid-style silver gown required over 800 hours of hand embroidery. The dress was adorned with 2,500,000 silver foil bugles and beads, creating a mesmerizing look that wowed everyone on the red carpet.

Despite the overwhelming praise for her attire, Lopez faced criticism as well. Some detractors took to social media to critique her appearance, accusing her of editing her photos to conceal signs of aging.

“She shows her age. Face,” wrote one commenter on Instagram.

Another added, “We’ve seen the unfiltered picture of this, and it’s not the same.”

Other comments were even harsher, with people claiming, “Your face is old and wrinkled,” and “Why does she edit her pics? Everyone knows she’s older.”

However, Lopez likely has more pressing matters to attend to than online criticism. Rumors have surfaced suggesting that her marriage to Ben Affleck might be in trouble. The couple, who became a major celebrity duo after their 2022 wedding, are reportedly facing difficulties, with some speculating about a potential divorce.

It’s important to note that these rumors remain unconfirmed, as neither Lopez nor Affleck has commented on the situation. Still, for those who follow celebrity news, it’s a situation that has piqued interest.
