Newlyweds Killed Less Than 48 Hours After Their Wedding

Just 48 hours after Jessiah and Lily Rose secretly got married, they were killed in a tragic accident on a Tennessee highway, along with their friend Madison Davis. The three were killed at the scene when their car swerved off the road on Interstate 40 and was hit by another truck.

Lily’s family recalled her with fondness, describing her as having a “bubbly and carefree personality.” “Lily was simply our family’s life. Selena McClelland, her aunt, shared that she would simply make the space more cheerful.

Enthusiastic about music, Jessiah had taught Lily how to play the guitar and taken her to her first concert. Even though Jessiah had battled addiction in the past, he had changed his ways and committed himself to helping others. He even took care of his sister’s kids to keep them out of foster care.

They were full of dreams and hope for the future, so their community and loved ones are in deep mourning after their unexpected loss.
