Janet Jackson’s son isn’t a baby anymore

Eissa, who was born with the strong Jackson genes, is already beginning to demonstrate his musical abilities and may be pursuing a career similar to that of his musically successful mother, Janet Jackson.

Here is a close-up look at the young boy’s private life:

Janet, now 57, is the youngest of ten Jackson children. She began her career with all eight of her siblings on the musical variety show The Jacksons. Marlon’s twin, big brother Brandon, passed away at birth in March 1957, leaving just nine.

While her sisters Rebbie and LaToya were establishing their own musical careers, her brothers—Jackie, Tito, Marlon, Jermaine, and Michael—signed with Motown Records in 1968 and dominated the charts as the Jackson 5.

Following the 1976–1977 run of the family show, Janet, then ten years old, starred in seasons five and six of the hit television series Good Times before landing a recurring role on Diff’rent Strokes and Fame.

However, her musical career was the catalyst for her rise to fame. As the voice behind numerous chart-topping hits, including “Together Again,” “That’s the Way Love Goes,” “Nasty,” and “Love Will Never Do (Without You),” the award-winning recording artist is most well-known. The singing sensation is one of the best-selling artists in modern music, with multiple multi-platinum albums, such as Janet, Rhythm Nation 1814, and Control.

In addition to being the baby sister of Michael Jackson, the “King of Pop,” she achieved international recognition as an artist with her third studio album, “Control,” released in 1986. Her debut album, “Janet Jackson,” was released in 1982. She received nine American Music Award nominations for “Control,” including two wins, and three Grammy Award nominations.

Eissa Jackson, born to singer Janet Jackson and Qatar-born Wissam Al Mana, has passed her musical talents to her son. The couple split after only three months after the baby’s birth, causing emotional distress for Jackson’s brother. In June 2018, Jackson called the police to request a welfare check for Eissa, but the child was safe. The incident was a misunderstanding, and neither Janet nor Wissam has addressed it. Jackson has since expressed her dedication to being a present mother to her son, comparing it to her mother’s nine children.

Jackson, a singer and actress, has a son named Eissa, who has shaped her life and career. She is known for her private relationship with her son, sharing first photos of him at 14 weeks old and group photos with him and his classmates. In her 2019 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction speech, she praised Eissa for his love and unconditional love.

In 2020, she shared that Eissa is incredibly musical, taking the violin to school and even wanting to play the cello. Despite her son’s talent, Jackson wouldn’t encourage her children to follow her path in entertainment unless they truly wanted to. She is filled with gratitude for her son’s love.

Together with her ex-husband, Janet is co-parenting her son in London at this time.

“[He] has demonstrated to me that love can always go deeper, regardless of how profound you think you have felt that emotion. Love knows no bounds. “And how fortunate I am now to be concerned, first and foremost, with the welfare of someone else,” Janet continued, “for someone like me, raised in show business where self-concern is always a priority.”
