The patient experienced genital pain while taking a shower, and pieces of hardened dirt started to fall into the drain. He hurried to see urologist Dr. Chen Zhaoan in Taichung, Taiwan, for a check-up, believing they were kidney stones.
Peeling back the man’s foreskin, the doctor saw the disgusting buildup of sickly yellow-brown smegma. A bad smell started to permeate the clinic as Dr. Chen removed the calcified scales of grime, oil, and dead skin.
The Zhaoan Urology Clinic’s director, the physician, stated:
We believe that this accumulation lasted for thirty years. With a strong odor, the entire thing crumbled like stone. It had been thirty years since his privates were ‘active’. It’s possible that his partner would have found this “treasure” before us.
According to reports, the man’s foreskin was rather long, but he was unable to pull it back.
Dr. Chen went on:
It appears that no one informed him that the entire glans could be cleaned by retracting the foreskin. Consult a specialist for medical advice if you truly have a problem that you don’t understand.
The urologist advised men to take a shower every day and wash their penis and foreskin with water and a small amount of soap.
