General Hospital Actress Robyn Bernard Dies at 64
SAN JACINTO, Calif. — Actress Jennifer Robyn Bernard, best known for her role as Terry Brock on the long-running soap opera General Hospital, has died at the age of 64.
According to TMZ, Bernard was found early Tuesday morning in an open field behind a business in San Jacinto, California. Police were called to the scene to investigate, and her identity was confirmed through fingerprint analysis.
The Riverside County Coroner’s Office reported that Bernard died around 4 a.m. The cause of death has not yet been determined. An autopsy was scheduled for Wednesday, and toxicology results are expected in the coming weeks.
Born on May 26, 1959, in Gladewater, Texas, Bernard began her acting career in the early 1980s, making her film debut in Diva (1981). She gained national attention for her work on General Hospital, where she portrayed aspiring singer Terry Brock for six years throughout the mid-to-late 1980s.
Her performance on the series made her a familiar face to daytime television audiences and earned her a devoted fan following.
