Taylor Swift revealed how she prepared for the Eras Tour six months before the concert’s opening night in March. She began training by running on the treadmill daily, strength training at Dogpound gym, and taking dance classes. Swift said she wanted to be over-rehearsed so she could be silly with fans without losing her train of thought, as learning choreography is not her strong suit.
Taylor Swift quit drinking before her March Eras Tour. She barely drank one night before the February Grammys. Swift says she stays strong even whether sick, injured, or agitated. She calls her off days “dead days.” She does three gigs in each city. Though she can barely speak due to singing, Swift says her experience was the most rewarding she has ever felt.
