Singer Finally Reveals The Voice Behind One Of The Most Successful Songs Of All Time

Loren Allred, a Brooklyn-born singer, revealed she was the vocalist behind Jenny Lind’s song “Never Enough” from The Big Showman. The judges praised her performance, and Amanda Holden’s Golden Buzzer press secured her a semi-final spot.

Broadway songwriters Benj Pasek and Justin Paul wrote the 2017 musical The Greatest Showman, featuring a platinum-selling single and ten additional songs. Loren Ferguson replaced Rebecca Ferguson’s voice for “Never Enough.” Loren was signed to Island Def Jam Music at 19, following Ne-Yo’s discovery on YouTube.

Loren, a contestant on America’s Got Talent, was eliminated after the first week of live playoffs in 2012. Two years later, she was part of the recording lineup for The Greatest Showman, with her 2017 release “Never Enough” reaching number 88 on the Hot 100. In 2019, Michael Bublé discovered Loren and they sang “Help Me Make It Through The Night” together.
