Dancing with people onstage has become a recurring feature of Bon Jovi shows, though the dances have not all been as slow as the São Paulo episode. A different kind of appearance took place in 2017 at the T-Mobile Arena in Los Vegas. During “I Got The Girl,” the singer’s daughter, Stephanie Rose Bongiovi, emerged from behind the stage to join him.
Stephanie was 23 years old when she ran out during the song. She and her father danced together, and both were visibly having fun during the performance. Unlike the fan’s extended serenade during “Bed of Roses,” this occasion paired Bon Jovi with a member of his own family for a more energetic dance.
“Bed of Roses” is frequently included in the band’s live sets. Bon Jovi have performed it in concert more than 500 times since it was issued. Produced by Bob Rock, the power ballad was part of Keep the Faith, the group’s fifth studio album, which arrived in 1992.
The following year, “Bed of Roses” was released as Keep the Faith’s second single. It entered the top 10 in the United States. The track also demonstrated Bon Jovi’s shift toward a more mature sound after the hard-rock hits the band had released in the 1980s.
