False Claims Regarding Joe Biden Kissing a 15-Year-Old Girl Debunked
A recent social media post portrayed a photo of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden kissing his adult granddaughter, Finnegan, on the lips during a campaign rally in Iowa as kissing a 15-year-old girl. According to the Associated Press, the claims are false.
The 1,400-shared Facebook post erroneously claims the image shows Biden abusing a youngster and concerns his eligibility as a Christian candidate.
Facts tell a different story. Biden said at the campaign event that young girls may feel embarrassed by their fathers, but grandfathers rarely do. He stressed that grandchildren love and like their grandfathers.
