The doctors did not understand why the baby never came out of the womb!

Melbourne resident Lilly Munro’s life was saved by her mother’s intuition. She and her fiancé, Brodie Moles, hurried to the hospital at 24 weeks pregnant because she suspected something was amiss with her unborn son, Lennox. After identifying a serious cardiac condition, the doctors promptly induced delivery. With a birth weight of only 1.8 pounds, Lennox had a 50/50 chance of surviving.

Doctors hooked Lennox up to life-support tubes and put him in a plastic bag to control his body temperature. It broke Lilly and Brodie’s hearts to see their helpless infant struggle for life. While Brodie took care of Lilly’s three other children and other household duties while Lennox was in the hospital for 111 days, Lilly remained by Lennox’s side.

Lennox defied the odds because of committed medical professionals who went “above and beyond.” He is now nine pounds, healthy, and a huge source of happiness for his family. Despite the difficulties, Lilly and Brodie are thankful for their miracle baby’s incredible journey from early birth to recovery and cherish every moment spent with him.
