Adult star hospitalized after sleeping with 583 men in one day

OnlyFans has become closely associated with boundary-pushing stunts, with creators frequently competing for attention through increasingly extreme challenges. The latest controversy centers on an Australian creator whose attempt to set a personal record ended with a hospital visit and a wave of public debate.

The creator, Annie Knight, sparked widespread discussion after revealing that she attempted to sleep with more than 500 men in a single day. According to her own account, the number ultimately reached 583 men over a six-hour period—an average that prompted stunned reactions online, with one commenter noting it amounted to less than a minute per participant.

Despite the intense nature of the event, Knight initially described the experience in positive terms. “I felt great. I felt empowered. I felt happy,” she said in interviews following the stunt. However, she later confirmed that she sought medical attention after experiencing heavy bleeding. She shared that she has endometriosis, a medical condition known to cause significant pain and complications, and said she was unsure whether her symptoms were directly caused by the physical strain of the challenge.

“It was definitely a bit raw down there and I did get a small cut,” she explained, adding that while she expected to recover, the pain was “quite unpleasant.” She later posted images of herself wearing a hospital gown, confirming that she had been admitted for treatment.

Even after being hospitalized, Knight said she had no regrets. Leaning into the viral attention, she joked online that “being hospitalized after taking 583 men in a day was not on my 2025 bingo card.” She framed the stunt as a personal goal rather than a publicity accident, explaining that around 2,000 men had applied to participate.

According to Knight, the event was carefully planned. She rented a venue, organized time slots, and divided participants into groups. To maintain anonymity, men were given pink balaclavas, and condoms were provided for protection. She also said she personally covered all costs related to the event, including security, filming, and venue fees, totaling roughly $10,000.

Ahead of the challenge, Knight admitted she was nervous. The highest number of partners she had previously had in a single day was 24, making the jump to over 500 a significant leap. She scheduled 15-minute breaks each hour and later revealed that many participants struggled to perform under the circumstances. In some groups, she said, only a small number were physically able to proceed, and she joked on her podcast that those who were “ready” were sometimes rewarded with extra time.

Knight has also stated that her fiancé fully supports her career and her decisions. Still, public reaction has been sharply divided. Critics labeled the stunt “disturbing,” “exploitative,” and “degrading,” while others questioned the health risks involved. Knight, however, appeared unfazed by the backlash.

“I don’t really care,” she said of the criticism. “I did it because I wanted to do it, and I have no regrets.”

She also pushed back against attacks directed at the men involved, saying it bothered her to see them shamed. “These men just want to have sex,” she said. “And I’m providing a service for free.”

Despite the physical toll and the controversy, Knight has indicated she plans to organize similar events in the future, again with her fiancé’s approval. Her story has reignited broader conversations about personal agency, health boundaries, and the lengths some creators go to remain visible in an increasingly competitive online landscape.

Reactions remain polarized, with some viewing the stunt as an expression of autonomy and others as a troubling example of extremes driven by viral culture. Wherever opinions land, the incident has undeniably captured public attention—and ensured that the debate around online fame and its consequences is far from over.
