William Stokkebroe 2 Year Old Dances To Jailhouse Rock

William Stokkebroe was two when a video of his dance to Elvis Presley’s “Jailhouse Rock” attracted millions of views online. Taking possession of the floor with both movement and showmanship, the toddler drew comparisons to Presley as he performed.

Dance was already central to William’s family. His parents, Kristina and Peter Stokkebroe, are professional Danish dancers who won a world championship in Latin dance in 2010. William appeared ready to follow their example when he showed his own ability during the filmed performance in March 2012.

The routine included William strutting around the floor and swiveling his hips. His approach closely recalled Presley’s style, and the Elvis Presley fan club helped circulate the recording widely across the internet.
