Dan Bongino Shares Heartbreaking News With Fans During Show

Dan Bongino, a well-known commentator and radio host,  shared a deeply personal and emotional experience that took place the morning his mother passed away. On his radio show, Bongino revealed the unexpected and heartbreaking news of his mother’s death, explaining that she had tragically fallen down a flight of stairs the previous night. He was notified about her passing early in the morning, at 4:43 a.m., and while trying to process the loss, he recounted an unusual event that had occurred just an hour earlier.

Struggling with his emotions, Bongino explained that around 3 a.m.—the same time he later learned his mother had died—he experienced something extraordinary. He was wide awake at the time, having trouble sleeping, and had just returned to bed after getting a glass of water. What happened next left him in disbelief.

“Someone grabbed me,” Bongino said, describing it as a hug, like that of a mother. The sensation was so real that he jumped up, startled, and began searching the house for an intruder. “I actually jumped up… I was looking for my gun,” he recounted, convinced that someone was physically in his home. However, after searching, he found no one.

The experience, though shocking at first, ultimately brought Bongino a sense of peace. He interpreted the moment as something supernatural, a sign that his mother was with him in her final moments. Bongino, visibly moved, shared how the event reinforced his belief in God and the afterlife.

“If you don’t believe in God and the afterlife, I would after last night,” Bongino said, encouraging others to reflect on their own beliefs. While he acknowledged that everyone is free to believe what they choose, the experience left him feeling more certain than ever in the power of faith and the presence of Jesus.

The experience, though deeply personal, serves as a powerful testament to Bongino’s belief in the divine and the afterlife, offering him comfort in a time of grief.
