Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s Daughter Rejects Father’s Last Name

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s daughter Zahara has joined the women’s community “Alpha Kappa Alpha” at Spelman College. The girl introduced herself without her father’s last name.

Brad Pitt’s daughter chose her mother’s last name

Zahara, while presenting herself at the ceremony, chose not to mention her father’s last name. Apparently, this is a result of the complex divorce between her parents and the strained relationship between them, as they spent many years resolving custody issues.

“My name is Zahara Marley Jolie,” Zahara said at the ceremony.

Last year, Pitt congratulated Zahara on her admission and expressed joy in her achievements.

“I’m so proud of her. She’s so smart. She’ll achieve even more in college,” Brad Pitt said in an interview.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt met in 2005 during the filming of “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” and began dating. They got married in 2014. They have six children: adopted Pax, Maddox, and Zahara, and biological Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox. In 2016, the couple had a dispute on a private plane, after which Jolie accused Pitt of violence and filed for divorce.
